Amy Britton, CKD
Owner & Principal Designer
Amy has been a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) since 1993. She founded Artisan Kitchens in 2005 in order to better work with clients in a relaxed, one-on-one setting with more creative freedom. She believes that working closely in partnership with you, listening carefully to what you want, and providing professional, personalized guidance, is the best way to get you great results.
Trained in interior design at RISD and working for several years in the creative field of visual merchandising, Amy transitioned to kitchen design in 1985. She is adept at solving structural and architectural issues, loves to work with color and texture, and will use her design knowledge and extensive experience to make sure your project reflects your personality and is perfectly suited to your lifestyle.
